Community & Missions

Jesus gave His followers the big assignment of Kingdom Advancement. He told them to be His witnesses starting in the community where they live and work, but then going to the ends of earth. We are still working on that assignment.  We are doing this through the power of prayer, disciple making, advancing into areas where the gospel is not being preached (potential church planting opportunities), working with area ministries, all so that people will become followers of Christ.

We at Harvest are committed to living our lives in a way that clearly shows who we are and what we believe. If we claim to be followers of Jesus, we need to follow His example of showing compassion, promoting justice, and pointing people to a relationship with God. Harvest exists to "connect people to God and to each other" (read more on the Vision page) and we seek to do that in our community and across the world.
