Connect: We believe that life change happens best in the context of an intimate connection with God and with people. Therefore, we will provide connection opportunities through small and large group events.

Outreach: We believe people matter to God; helping them embrace Christ as Savior and Lord in our first priority. Therefore, we will not apologize for setting growth goals.

Nurture: We believe each person should commit to a lifestyle of consistent spiritual growth and accountability. Therefore, we will train and equip people towards the process of becoming more like Jesus.

Never Stop Multiplying: We believe every person, ministry, and church should multiply themselves in a manner that honors their Creator. Therefore, we will challenge every person to have a mentoring partner and a person whom they are disciplining with the end in mind to multiply a new church.

Excellence: We believe that doing the best we can with what we have honors God and inspires people. Therefore, we will learn from everyone and copy no one.

Celebrative Worship: We believe that God created us with a need to worship Him. Therefore, we will seek to expand the definition of worship to include everything we do in order to celebrate the resurrected Savior.

Teamwork: We believe that God’s design for effective ministry is through a team. Therefore, we will work together, willing to change and even relinquish control, in order to maximize ministry.
